椎体扩张术

Overview（概述）
Thisminimally-invasive,outpatientprocedureisusedtotreata 这种微创、门诊手术用于治疗椎体压缩性骨折，通常因骨质疏松症而引起。这项技术可维持椎体的高度，稳定骨折并快速地缓解疼痛。
Preparation(准备）
Afterthepatienthasbeenpositionedandanesthesiaadministered,thesurgeoninsertsaguidewireorneedlethroughtheskinoftheback.Usingfluoroscopicguidance,thesurgeonpushesthewiredowntothetargetvertebra.Adilatorispushedoverthewiretocreateaworkingchanneltothevertebra.
患者摆放好体位并进行麻醉后，术者经背部皮肤插入导丝或针，借助透视引导，术者将导丝插入目标椎体。经导丝插入扩张管，创造到椎体的工作通道。
Stabilization（稳定）
Thesurgeonpushesaninstrumentthroughtheworkingchannelandintothecollapsedvertebra.Theinstrumentisusedtocreateacavityinthebodyofthevertebra.Thecavityisfilledwithbonecementwhichrapidlycuresandthusstabilizesthebone.
外科医生通过工作通道，把器械放入塌陷的椎体。这个器械用于在椎体内创造一个空腔。空腔内充填骨水泥，能快速凝固，从而使骨稳定。
EndofProcedure（手术结束）
Theinstrumentsareremoved,andthepatientismonitoredinarecoveryroom.Inmanycases,painreliefisimmediate,andthepatientcanreturnhomewithinafewhoursoftheprocedure.
拔除装置，病人在恢复室监护观察。在多数病例，疼痛快速缓解，病人可在术后几小时回家。
