腰椎解剖

Thelumbarspinetypicallyhasaslightinwardcurveknownaslordosis.
腰椎正常情况下有轻度向前的弧度，称为前凸。
Thelowerbackregioncontainslargemusclesthatsupportthebackandallowformovementinthetrunkofthebody.Thesemusclescanspasmorbe 腰部有强大的肌肉，支持部位并允许身体躯干的运动。这些肌肉有时会痉挛或扭伤，是引起腰痛的主要原因。

脊髓从颅底移行于胸12-腰1节段，此处胸椎与腰椎相连，在这个节段，从脊髓分出神经根，从腰椎经过下肢后方，下达足趾。
Somelowerbackconditionsmay 有些腰背疾病会压迫这些神经根，引起放射到下肢的疼痛，称为神经根性病变。
